HOW LONG WILL MY VIDEOS TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
If you have chosen to include a Wedding Film Trailer in your package, the aim is to have this delivered to you within two weeks of your wedding day. Although this cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to meet this delivery date or as soon as possible thereafter. All other selected videos in your wedding package will be delivered to you normally within 15 weeks of the date of your wedding booking. However the videographer does have the discretion to choose to take up to 6 months before the delivery of your videos - this may be due to a large number of other bookings close to your date.
HOW FAR CAN YOU TRAVEL?
A 150-mile radius from the postcode area of SO50 is the furthest same-day return travel distance. Anywhere outside of this area may require additional charges for accommodation, travel and expenses on top of the mileage charge.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE A DATE?
A booking fee of 25% is required at the time of booking, unless this equates to less than £50.00 and then this figure will be required, together with a signed contract. Dates are reserved only when this deposit is paid by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Harry Hyom. Said payment is non-refundable for any reason, except if the Videographer cancels this contract.
WHEN DOES THE BALANCE NEED TO BE PAID UP?
The balance is to be paid no later than one month prior to the wedding day. Failure to do so may result in the client(s) wedding date made available to other client(s). Any additional time booked over the advertised package will be chargeable at the videographer’s discretion.
DO YOU OFFER A DRONE PACKAGE?
A drone package can be selected when initially building your wedding package. This can also be added on at any time up until 2 hours before the videographer's planned arrival time (charges apply).
Drone operation is subject to local laws, regulations and venue policies. It is the client's responsibility to check these before booking.
Adverse weather conditions may prevent drone usage. If weather conditions prevent drone operation on the day, a refund for the drone service will be available upon request within 14 days of the wedding.
ARE THE CEREMONY AND SPEECHES FILMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND ARE THEY AVAILABLE SEPARATELY?
Subject to the package selected and what is agreed with the client, the ceremony and speeches will typically be filmed with audio and will be available to add on after the wedding day and up to 6 months thereafter (charges apply).
HOW WILL THE VIDEOS BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Your wedding videos will be delivered to you securely through VidFlow, a trusted video delivery platform. You'll receive an email with a link to access your videos. VidFlow makes it easy for you to watch, share, download and stream your cherished memories to your TV via the VidFlow Smart TV, available on most Smart TV's
Your wedding videos will be available for you to access and enjoy for a full 10 years after delivery. You can relive your special day at your own pace, any time you wish.
CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE AFTER MY WEDDING DAY?
You may change the length of your Wedding Film (subject to videographer's discretion), add previously unselected Extra Videos to your package (if applicable), and add the USB Stick option. Please request this directly with the videographer and an invoice will be produced for the extra options.
Refunds will not be available for removing previously selected options from your package.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE AND WHEN WILL YOU STOP FILMING?
Arrival time will be dependant on the wedding package selected. However, the typical arrival time will be 1.5 hours before the ceremony or 3 hours before the ceremony if wedding prep is also being filmed. This will be discuss and agreed with the client beforehand.
The videographer will typically begin to pack away approximately
20-30 minutes after the first dance. If required to stay later, an hourly rate will apply for the extra time.
CAN I CANCEL MY WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGE?
After a period of 14 days from the date of signing the contract, should the client(s) cancel, the following 'compensation for loss of income' charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due.
60 days (number of days before the wedding) or less – 100%,
61-90 days – 75%,
91-120 days – 50%.
Should the said wedding be a postponement, then, subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding.
In the event of the videographer taking another wedding booking on your cancelled date, a full unconditional refund of your deposit and monies paid will be made.
WILL YOU BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SECOND CAMERA OPERATOR?
Based on the size, duration, and logistics of your wedding, a second camera operator may be recommended.
DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE REVISIONS?
Upon delivery of any of the videos selected within your wedding package, one revision is available for each video at no extra cost. However, please note that after the initial 7 days from the delivery date, any additional revision requests will incur a delivery fee. VidFlow generously provides a 10-day window for replacing videos, so it's important to ensure any necessary revisions are requested within the initial 7 days to take advantage of the complimentary service whilst also allowing time for the edits.
